A call from the White House weighs heavily on Hunter Harrison as he sets out to save the Russian president—and life on Earth—from a biological warfare threat.

SYNOPSIS

In 2035, Hunter Harrison, a man scarred by a failed marriage and the loss of contact with his stepchildren, seeks a fresh start. He yearns for a partner, a family, and a life of commitment, far removed from his dangerous past in Black-Ops missions. His psychiatrist, Delilah Docherty, may offer a glimmer of hope, but Hunter’s life takes a turn when a Korean agent hires him to assassinate former U.S. President Rick Manning. However, Hunter defies his mission orders and saves Manning, turning himself into an outlaw.

Hunter’s actions lead to seven more deaths but ultimately a pardon from the current president, Warren Freeman, who sends Hunter on an all-expenses-paid trip to Moscow. On returning, Hunter proposes to his campaign manager, Maria Merola, and they marry at Manning’s home. Hunter is awarded the Medal of Honor and reluctantly agrees to another mission: protecting the Russian President from a Chinese assassination plot.

Hunter successfully uncovers the plot, foiling it with the help of Russian forces, and stops a potential global crisis. Despite his accomplishments and the medals he's earned, Hunter struggles to find true happiness as personal and family issues continue to haunt him.
